The Gold Coast is made up of many canals, creeks and waterside locations. The perfect way to utilise these spots during both winter and summer is under an insulated patio. A while ago, we built a large fly-over patio for our client in the waterside suburb of Sorrento – perfect for making the most of the location.
A classic “fly-over” format was used for this project, meaning the Patio attaches to the roof of the home and allows for more height, ventilation and natural light. This format also allows for seamless management of stormwater.
As always, matching the design of the home is something we focus on and we were able to blend into the style perfectly here.
