We recently built a stylish and unique poolside Patio for our client at Mermaid Waters – the results are spectacular.
To get the most out of the space, we have used a flyover construction. This means the new Patio structure flies over the house roof and attaches to the house via custom roof posts – resulting in a higher patio ceiling and minimal impact on the home. We used a high-quality insulated roof with integrated LED lights and fans.
Notably, the new Patio features large rendered brick columns that run up to a large bulkhead with internal box guttering Our clients had a clear vision of the look they were after and this Patio fit the brief perfectly. The overall design aesthetic of this Patio is clean and modern, which matches the home and neatly tiled pool area.
