The addition of this brand new insulated Patio and Deck for our client at Varsity lakes has provided enormous value and usability to the home.
We worked closely with our client to design and build an outdoor living area that fit within their property and their budget.
Using premium hardwood Merbau decking, we built two decks on the property. The main deck at the rear of the property was designed and built to provide an outdoor entertaining area. We covered the large decked area with a fly-over Insulated Patio, built with integrated LED lighting, fans and matching hardwood timber posts.
The front deck and pergola was designed and built to act as an entrance to the home. For the roof, we used a unique, stylish open frame hardwood pergola design which looks fantastic.
