Recently, we built another magnificent pool-side patio, deck and access stairway for a client at Hope Island. The results are excellent and we’re sure the new outdoor oasis will be utilised for many years to come.
Starting with the deck, which was built from premium merbau hardwood, we created a large raised platform and entertainment adjacent to the pool which overlooks the Hope Island Canal. We also added a matching access stairway that runs down to the waterfront.
The Patio is a large, standalone structure spanning the length of the pool. Using large 140mm hardwood posts, we constructed a large insulated patio with a high ceiling. Integrated fans and LED lighting make the Patio an entertainers dream – perfect for BBQ’s, parties and family gatherings. To add privacy and evenn more protection from the elements, we also incorporated automated patio blinds.
