We never get tired of building Patios, Carports and Decks that truly transform Gold Coast homes. We recently added a Flyover Patio to this Mermaid Waters home – turning it into a urban oasis.
Located at the back of the home, the new Patio spans across the length of the house, right down to the pool – creating a large amount of shelter that will be utilised all year long. As with many of the structures we built, integrated LED lighting and fans were also included.
While the design of this Patio is quite simple, the attention to detail of the finish and robust rendered finish (that matches the home perfectly) makes it feel like it’s meant to be there.
